Cookies & your choices
Essential storage remembers your choice. Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only after Analytics consent; Google Ads loads only after Advertising consent.

Choose or change your settings
Analytics and Advertising start off. Accept or reject both, or choose them separately. You can change or withdraw either choice at any time through Cookie settings without losing access to the website.
What this website uses
Server-side traffic statistics
Cloudflare provides aggregate reports from ordinary requests handled when hosting this website, including request totals, bandwidth, country and estimated visitor counts. These reports do not require an added tracking script or analytics cookie and are separate from the optional Analytics switch. Counts may include bots and requests for images or scripts. See our Privacy Notice for the legitimate-interests basis, retention and your right to object.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
When you allow Analytics, Cloudflare receives page and referrer information, browser/device details and performance measurements. It does not use cookies or track people across websites. Cloudflare receives your IP address when handling the request and says it discards it at the nearest Cloudflare data centre rather than storing it in its core analytics databases or logs. Reports show statistics, not visitors’ names. Google Analytics is not enabled. See Cloudflare’s collection information and report availability.
Google Ads
The Google Ads tag is configured for advertising measurement and loads only after Advertising consent. It is blocked before consent and when Advertising is rejected. Google Analytics is not enabled. Lead-conversion events are not yet configured: the website does not send a lead-conversion event on an ordinary page visit, email click or workflow-review completion.
Google Ads can receive ad-click identifiers and page/device information after advertising consent. No workflow-review answers, enquiry messages or contact details are intentionally included in tracking events. Google receives IP information as part of network communication; this is not anonymous collection. Personalised advertising, remarketing, Google Signals and enhanced conversions are not enabled by this website code.
Withdrawing consent
Use Cookie settings to turn off Analytics or Advertising, or choose Reject optional cookies. We update an already loaded Google tag to denied, delete accessible first-party cookies for the withdrawn category and reload after a short delay to unload optional scripts, including Cloudflare Analytics. A withdrawal signal may be sent to Google. Third-party cookies on Google domains cannot be deleted directly by this site; use your browser controls for those. This stops future consent-dependent collection; requests already sent cannot be recalled. For deletion and rights requests concerning identifiable data already collected, contact [email protected].
Other website functions
The workflow review runs in your browser and opens your email application if you choose to send the result. It does not automatically send your answers to SolinasHR or Google. Social-media links are links, not embedded tracking pixels. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies; deleting the preference cookie means we will ask again.
Read our Privacy Notice for data uses, rights and contact details.
Consent record
The preference cookie contains your chosen categories, random receipt ID, action, notice version and latest-choice timestamp, used only to manage and evidence your privacy choice. It is not used for advertising or visitor profiling. Deleting it means we ask again. No optional tracking is activated if the browser fails to store the choice.
Google cookie names and lifetimes vary by service and browser. This list describes our intended configuration, not a claim that every listed cookie is present. We review it when the live integration changes. See Google cookie information, Google advertising and retention information and our Privacy Notice.
